These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Classic Portal website, application and related services operated by Online Cloud Systems Limited.
By accessing or using Classic Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
01 — About Classic Portal
Classic Portal is a Smart TV application designed to provide access to a collection of classic films, television programmes and archival entertainment content.
02 — Availability of the Service
Classic Portal is currently being developed and prepared for publication on supported Smart TV platforms. Availability may vary by platform, country, device or other technical circumstances.
03 — Use of the Service
You agree to use Classic Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- Copy, modify or distribute the service or its software without permission.
- Use the service in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.
04 — Content
Classic Portal provides access to films, television programmes and other archival entertainment content. Content may be added, removed, replaced or changed over time. The availability of particular titles may vary depending on technical, geographical, licensing, archival or other circumstances.
05 — Intellectual Property
The Classic Portal name, logo, website design, application interface, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Online Cloud Systems Limited unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
06 — Third-Party Platforms
Classic Portal may be distributed through Samsung Tizen / Samsung Smart TV App Store, LG webOS / LG Content Store, and Android TV / Google TV / Google Play. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to the relevant platform’s own terms and policies.
07 — Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of Classic Portal from time to time. This may include changes to features, content, supported devices or availability.
08 — Disclaimer
Classic Portal is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the website or application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available on every device or platform.
09 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Online Cloud Systems Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Classic Portal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Classic Portal after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11 — Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction determined by Online Cloud Systems Limited’s legal requirements and place of establishment. The final governing law and jurisdiction should be confirmed by the company’s legal adviser before publication.
